EGR B2B Award winning regulatory consultancy requires a highly organised compliance professional to manage compliance and regulatory risk. To ensure appropriate policies, procedures, systems, controls, processes and training are in place and provide guidance to staff on compliance and Client Due Diligence matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for regulatory bodies on all compliance-related issues.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) to ensure adherence to relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Create, implement, and enforce policies and processes.
• Offer prompt and practical compliance guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor best practices, trends, and regulatory changes, advising the business on necessary adjustments and leading the implementation of such changes.
• Interpret and share information on guidance provided by regulatory and industry bodies.
• Confirm that subcontractors, outsourced parties, subsidiaries, and partners uphold the highest compliance standards; if not, initiate immediate corrective measures. 

Qualifications

• Good prioritisation, a customer-success mindset and communication skills to solve problems effectively.
• Previous working experience in compliance, within the iGaming industry.
• Excellent knowledge interpreting regulations, policies, and standards.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and approving procedures and compliance documentation.
• Previous experience managing a team.
• Possess related academic qualifications.
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Exceptional time management skills.
