Job Description

Leading licensing and regulatory consultancy required highly organised, self-motivated individual to support the board and ops team deliver best in class services to rapidly growing client book. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Directors with the management of their diaries, including organising meetings with any third-party service providers and/or customers.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Reviewing, approving, and arranging supply requisitions.
  • Work with Chief Operating Officer to ensure the Company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
  • Consolidate individual training records into central training register for all staff.
  • Assist our Chief Operating Officer handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the internal filling system.

Qualifications

  • Good prioritisation, a customer-success mindset and communication skills to solve problems effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, and approving procedures and documentation.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking.
