Job Description

Leading licensing and regulatory consultancy required highly organised, self-motivated individual to support the board and ops team deliver best in class services to rapidly growing client book. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of the licence submission packs in preparation for submission to the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. 

• Manage and maintain project roadmaps for each client. 

• Liaise with customers to ensure that they meet their reporting obligations under the OGRA 2001 Act (Quarterly Returns, annual audited accounts, responsible gambling contributions). 

• Manage client relationships and expectations by supporting them on various compliance challenges that they may encounter and meeting their needs with pragmatic solutions.

• Deliver various projects on licensing, monitoring, regulatory returns and reporting/administration and act as MLRO on behalf of our clients. 

• Work closely with department heads to ensure a seamless delivery of service and full regulatory compliance.

• Support on various business initiatives and deliver Policy Manuals, AML Manuals and a comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure our processes are maintained and tested in accordance with regulations. 

Qualifications

• Good prioritisation, a customer-success mindset and communication skills to solve problems effectively. 

• Previous working experience in compliance, within the iGaming industry. 

• Excellent knowledge interpreting regulations, policies, and standards. 

• Experience writing, reviewing, and approving procedures and compliance documentation. 

• Previous experience managing a team. 

• Possess related academic qualifications. 

• Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking. 

• Exceptional time management skills.
